Highest
Quality Printing -
The screen printing method provides the most vivid
and durable print possible. Almost all t-shirts
that you see in stores are printed in this manner.
Since we do both digital and screen printing,
we can say without bias that screen printing is
the best. Don't be fooled by the word "digital."
The main benefit of digital printing is that there
are no minimums. |
| |
The
minimum order quantity for screen printing is
12 pieces. |
| |
Standard
turn around time is 5 business days or less to
have your order shipped once payment has been
received. If you have a slightly tighter deadline,
we can often still accomodate you depending on
our workload- please call us. |

In
order for us to be able to print your image, we need it
to be in certain format(s). Vector format is the best
(see below.) If you had your image or logo designed for
you by a professional artist, they should know what this
means and be able to provide you with a vector file. If
you don't have a vector file, we just need to make sure
your image is large enough (see below.)
VECTOR
FORMAT (.pdf, .eps, .ai)-
If you are a graphic artist, you
probably already know what this means. If you give us
finished vector artwork, we will not be required to
do anything further to make your artwork ready to be
printed. The file formats we accept are .pdf, .eps,
and .ai. Please make sure to covert all text to outlines
before sending your image to us.
If
you are not familiar with vector graphics and are interested
in learning what they are, read on... Vector graphics
are made up of many individual objects. Each of these
objects is defined by mathematical equations and has
individual properties assigned to it such as color,
fill, and outline. Since these objects are defined by
equations rather than pixels, a vector image can be
scaled to ANY size and retain perfect image qulaity.
Vector graphics are usually created with programs such
as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.
200
DPI Bitmap Image (.jpg,
.gif, .psd, .tif)- Artwork
should be at least 200 DPI at the actual size it is
going to be printed. That means a 10" wide chest
image should be at least 2000 pixels wide. Art files
should not be compressed in any way. There is no magic
we can do to make a really blocky jpeg look sharp. Our
print can only be as good as the original image. Images
at resolutions down to 72 DPI mightstill look okay,
but "okay" is not really our goal. An image
at less than 72 DPI would probably be unacceptable as
a final image, and we would most likely have to recreate
the artwork into an acceptable format.
