  How much is shipping?  
 
FREE ground shipping is included with all orders.
 
  Do you ship internationally?  
 
Yes. We offer a number of international shipping options starting from $8.00. We recommend Global Priority Mail. Its quick and affordable.
 
  How long will my order take to arrive?  
 

Most orders will ship within 5 business days after all artwork is finished and approved and we have received payment. Please allow another 1-5 business days for UPS ground shipping.

We also offer a number of expedited shipping services to accomodate your needs.

 
  Can you provide tracking info?  
 
It depends. To keep prices low, we utilize the least expensive shipping methods available. The postal service does not provide tracking info for the types of services we use for shipping small packages. However, for bulk orders (over 5lbs) , we can provide tracking info. We will email you that information as soon as it becomes available. Note: The tracking links that you may find on our website under your account are not functional.
 
  What is your return policy?  
 
Custom printed orders are non-returnable unless we have made an error in fulfillment. If your order is flawed and we are at fault, please return it within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a full refund. The return address is on your receipt. Please contact us if you feel we have made a mistake.
